It was always very slow and laggy. But after the December update its not even opening. After all set up is done and I am trying to login it just shows a blank page.
It's sad to see blackberry loosing it's essense....if same performance continued then no doubt u guys will run out of business
Simply doesnt work and developers does not care about app comments and feedbacks here.
Same issue as everyone else, asks to sign in with SSO and then doesn't move on. Why not address the issue in the comment here rather than tell everyone to reach out to you support email?
Can't even log in
Does not work. Is there an issue with the app Does? Does not accept user and password.
Keeps asking for username and password, but does not recognise, after whole setup is completed.
Keeps prompting me to login with username and password , but doesn't go ahead. This steps comes after all blackberry authentication is done.
Keeps promoting me to login with SSO, but does not recognize my username and password. Other colleagues report the same.
I haven't had any issues. Chats send / receive reliably.
